SATISFATION GUARANTEE

At Investep Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality seminars, and customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for the "SEMINARIO APRENDIENDO A INVERTIR."

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • If, after attending the first day of the seminar in person, the client is not satisfied with the content and experience, they may request a refund.

    • To qualify, the client must:

      • Attend the first full day of the seminar in person.

      • Request the refund at the Investep Academy Customer Service stand at the end of the first day.

  2. Online Attendance

    • If attending online, joining the second day of the seminar confirms satisfaction, and the client waives the right to a refund.

    • If taking the course via the student platform, playing Day 2 - Module 3 confirms satisfaction and waives the refund policy.

  3. Refund Process

    • No refund requests will be accepted after the deadlines mentioned above.

    • Refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks using the original payment method.

    • Any payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Courtesy registrations from Millionaire Investment events are not eligible for refunds.

    • Partial payments are valid for up to one year for full course payment but are non-refundable.

  5. Third-Party Tools & Student Responsibility

    • Market analysis tools (e.g., TC 2000, Option Slam, and brokers) are recommended but not affiliated with Investep Academy. Subscription and use are at the client’s discretion.

    • Students are responsible for meeting all requirements to open a brokerage account. While Investep Academy provides general guidance, students must choose their own broker and handle the process independently.

  6. Learning Tools (Not Included in the Course Price)

    • Laptop or computer

    • Tablet or smartphone

  7. Terms & Conditions

    • These terms apply exclusively to the "SEMINARIO APRENDIENDO A INVERTIR" and may change without prior notice.

    • By enrolling, the client agrees to these conditions and confirms they have the necessary tools to complete the course.
